Market Trading

Welcome to your very own Market! Here you can shop ‘till you drop or sell, sell, sell!!

Trade with friends or with other players from around the world. Buy items you require or sell your surplus for coins. Snap up bargains and turn a profit!

Getting Started

• The First stage of unlocking the Market and Trading feature is to help repair the broken fountain by completing the story “Go with the Flow”

Stories are tasks that you complete to earn rewards. The Stories tab is located at the top left corner of the game screen.

• Once the fountain is repaired, the flooded market needs to be dried out by completing the story “Mop ‘till you drop”

The Market stall can be found located next to the fountain on the right-hand plot adjacent to your home.

You can bring up the trading feature in a few different ways:

• Tapping on the Market stalls
• Tapping the red and green arrows located bottom right on your game screen.
• When visiting a friend/ fellow Club member, tapping on their market stalls.

Selling

• Bring up trading by one of the three ways listed above.
• Tap My Trades
• Choose the item(s) you would like to sell by clicking on one of your trading boxes.
• Each type of item put up for sale takes up one trading slot. All players start with three trading slots but additional slots can be purchased with gems.
• Items/thoughts you have stored in your Storeroom and Memory will display in separate tabs on your screen.
• Select which item you would like to put for sale by tapping on it
• Choose the quantity of the item you would like to sell and adjust the price.
• Tap Put on Sale.

Your items are now available in the Market for friends and players worldwide to purchase.

Once your items have been purchased the trading box will turn yellow and a sold sign will appear across it.

Tap on the trading box to collect your coins from the sale.

Notes:

• If your item has not sold within 24 hours it becomes available for game characters to purchase. This can take anywhere from 0-48 hours depending on your selling price.
• Canceling the sale of an item costs 5 gems and you will lose the item/thought. To cancel a sale tap on the trading box displaying the item - you will be shown a pop-up asking you to confirm that you really want to remove the item and warning you that you will lose the item if you proceed.

Purchasing

• Bring up trading by one of the 3 ways listed above.
• You will see 2 tabs: Friends and World.
• The Friends tab will allow you to browse items/thoughts your friends have up for sale. Friends that don't have items for sale in the market, won't show up in your friend market list, as they currently have nothing for sale. 
• The World tab will allow you to browse items/thoughts up for sale from players around the world.
• Click on an item/thought for sale to purchase that item. The cost of the item will automatically be deducted from your coin balance and credited to the seller and the item will be added to your inventory. 

Notes:

• The World Tab will display a random selection of players who have items for sale. Tap on the player to display their market crates. The World market can be refreshed every 10 minutes and a new list of players with items available will be displayed. The 10 minute period can be skipped for the cost of 2 gems.
• You may only purchase items you have already unlocked in the game. If an item in the market is not one you have unlocked yet an image of a lock will appear on it with the level it unlocks at.

• If you do not have enough storage space for the item(s) you are attempting to purchase, a notification will pop up letting you know your storage is full and the sale will not go through.
• Selecting Mia’s homestead from your friends list while on the trading feature, will bring up items Mia has for sale that you may purchase. These items are only available to you and will reset each day.
