I'm unable to Update my Game (Android Devices)

Please try the following helpful tips:

  • If you are using Data: Go to the Play Store settings by swiping from the left and select Settings. Then, go to App download preference. In the pop-up screen, select Over any network.
  • Restart your device and return to the update tab to find the game and/or search for the game in the Google Play store again.
  • Try force closing the Google Play store and clear your cache. 

You can also adjust your device settings to automatically update installed apps.

  • Open the Play Store app.
  • Tap the Menu icon in the top left corner.
  • Go to the Settings section.
  • Tap Auto-update apps.
  • Choose one of the following:
  • Over any network. Updates download over both Wi-Fi and your mobile network.
  • Over Wi-Fi only. Updates will only start downloading when your device connects to a Wi-Fi network.
