Please try the following helpful tips:
- If you are using Data: Go to the Play Store settings by swiping from the left and select Settings. Then, go to App download preference. In the pop-up screen, select Over any network.
- Restart your device and return to the update tab to find the game and/or search for the game in the Google Play store again.
- Try force closing the Google Play store and clear your cache.
You can also adjust your device settings to automatically update installed apps.
- Open the Play Store app.
- Tap the Menu icon in the top left corner.
- Go to the Settings section.
- Tap Auto-update apps.
- Choose one of the following:
- Over any network. Updates download over both Wi-Fi and your mobile network.
- Over Wi-Fi only. Updates will only start downloading when your device connects to a Wi-Fi network.
