Help CenterYour Home Street saved game can be retrieved if it has been backed up using Google Play, Game Center, or Facebook. Follow the steps below to load your saved game.
If your Home Street game was synced with Game Center or Google Play, simply reinstalling Home Street on a device where you’re already logged in with the same Game Center or Google Play account will produce a popup saying “Would you like to load this game?”.
1. Log into your Game Center or Google Play account.
2. Reinstall Home Street on your device.
3. A pop-up will appear asking if you would like to retrieve your old save or continue playing the new one. Select retrieve your old save.
*Please note this only works if your original game was synced with your Game Center or Google Play account. If you were logged into your Game Center or Google Play account while starting Home Street, then your game would have auto-synced at level 3.
If your original save was connected to Facebook, you can retrieve it by following these steps.
1. Download Home Street on your device if you don't already have it installed.
2. Play through the tutorial
3. Tap the Game Settings Menu (gear icon) and log into Facebook to restore your progress.
*Please note this only works if you were connected to Facebook originally on the game save that you are attempting to retrieve.
