Unlock Special rewards together as a Community! Each time we hit a new milestone listed on the Roblox Game page the corresponding reward will be unlocked for all RoPets players either via a promo code or a special event in game if that is the listed reward.
As Milestones are unlocked we will add new milestones for the community to have a chance at unlocking.

Promo Codes/Free Gifts
Free gifts will be randomly given out in the RoPets community on occasion via Promo Codes that are redeemable in-game. To redeem them click on your backpack and tap the gift icon and enter the code.
Almost all promo codes will be for a limited time and have an expiry date or time.
All promo codes will only allow you to claim them once.
Promo codes may be case-sensitive. Type them carefully in the text field to successfully claim your gift or copy and paste the code into the claim box.

RoPets Influencers
On occasion, we may give some of our influencers promo codes to use in their videos so make sure to head over to our Official RoPets YouTube Channel and subscribe to our RoPets Influencers listed for a chance to redeem exclusive Influencer Promo Codes for RoPets. These codes will always have a small limit to how many can be claimed from that code and an expiration date.

How to Claim Community Gifts in RoPets
Claim Community Gifts using promo codes! To claim your gift, enter the code within the game to claim your free gift! To do this follow the steps below:
Head over to RoPets on Roblox, join a server, and open up your Backpack.
Tap on the new Blue Gift Box button on the top right corner of your inventory.
Tapping the Gift Box button opens up the Enter code screen. Enter the Community Gift code in the text bar or copy and paste it then tap the claim button to redeem your code.
You will receive a confirmation screen of the gift you received.

How do I claim a Promo Code?
To claim a promo code:
- You must have gotten your Starter Pet from the Mayor
- Your Roblox account must be at least 48 hours old
*Eggs received from a promo code are not tradable
I am unable to claim the Community Gift code in the game!
You may not be able to claim a Community Gift code due to one of the reasons below:
- The Community Gift code may have expired - some are limited time.
- Codes may be case-sensitive. Ensure you have entered it correctly and try again.
- The Community Gift code may be limited by the number of times it can be claimed. If it does not work, it may be because this limit has been reached.
- You have already claimed this gift
- You have not claimed your Starter Pet from the Mayor
- Your Roblox account was created less than 48 hours ago
How can I verify whether a Community Gift code is valid in the game?
The easiest way to verify if your code is valid is to enter it into the game to check its validity. If you are able to claim your gift, it is valid; if not, it is no longer valid.
Can I share Promo Codes?
These are not to be shared with anyone, on your social media, or on any other platform. This includes codes you may receive from an influencers video. Promo codes must be found by the individual person on whichever platform it has been shared. If players start sharing these codes we will have no choice but to stop giving out the free gift promo codes to the community.
