Please ensure to put RoPets Bug Report Images in the email subject line along with your Roblox username so we can easily connect the images to your bug report. For Example:

Please Note: RoPets is brand new and we have lots of improvements planned. Our support Happiness Heroes will not be able to reply to every bug report but ALL bugs reported will be looked into by our team and resolved as soon as possible. We may reach out to you via your email address provided if we require further information or to provide any updates.

We are Super excited to have launched RoPets as our first game on Roblox and cannot wait to see the game evolve with our planned features/content & feedback from our community!
